I like to build up Karametra, but i dont see a Win Con other then placing big Creatures on the Field and hoping that they dont die.

Are there powerful Combos and Win Cons? I know only Sakura Tribe Elder and Emeria Sheperd.

As a example in my Tatyova Deck: Enter the Infinite + Thassas Oracle, Dead-eye Navigator + Agent of Treachery, Avenger of Zendikar + Tishana, Seedborn Muse + Teferis Mage.

Having big creatures is a pretty viable win condition, especially since G/W has a variety of tools to protect a big army. Those colors have a lot of incidental life gain, and Karametra makes a lot of mana, so Aetherflux Reservoir can take out one or two players easily.

As for combos in those colors, Reveillark and Karmic Guide with a sacrifice outlet can infinitely sacrifice and recur a 2 power creature, and you can also get infinite sacrifice triggers with Sun Titan and either Saffi Eriksdotter or Angelic Renewal. Common sacrifice outlets are Altar of Dementia or Blasting Station to win on the spot, or either of the mana altars to make infinite mana.

With all the lands out of your deck, a big X spell or a land animation effect like Jolrael, Empress of Beasts can also close out the game.

You could run a green/white elfball build of her. That way you're playing lots of cheap creature spells and so are getting lots of land searching, thinning your deck. And then you can run a bunch of effects like Finale of Devastation, Craterhoof Behemoth, etc. to buff your weenies and turn sideways.

As for combos in green white, I would avoid sacrifice recursion loops in Karametra. They're good, don't get me wrong, but to make them viable in the deck you need to devote quite a bit of card space to them and then why not just run Saffi Eriksdotter.

For combo lines, you'd be better off leaning into forming loops with lots of landfall effects and using things like Dryad Arbor + Temur Sabertooth + put a lnad onto the battlefield effects to create some nice landfall loops and then fed that into something else like Walking Ballista.
