Isochron Scepter + Narset's Reversal + Teferi's Protection

I'm wanting to build a deck that gets to cast Teferi's Protection every turn via Narset's Reversal imprinted on Isochron Scepter .
I'm curious what Commander do you think would have the easiest (and most consistent) time accomplishing that?
What Sort of build?
I'm torn between Grand Arbiter Augustin IV , Zur the Enchanter , and I've contemplated adding red but I'm not sure who to run... Narset, Enlightened Master maybe? I consider red for things like Price of Glory / Defense Grid to help protect me on my turn between between Teferi's Protections. I also like a (s)tax/pillowfort approach.
I think Zur may be the best option in terms of power. Augustin just sort of slows people down and Narset could end up digging into the spells you need with her abilities.
Zur the Enchanter gives you some benefit of putting out plenty of value enchantments and gives you access to to tutor for the pieces you will want.

Elsha of the Infinite came to mind as a sort of control build. You might also like these cards in the deck: Dramatic Reversal as a secondary combo, Muddle the Mixture as a nice way to tutor most of your pieces, and Grand Abolisher to protect you on your turn.

I agree, Black is probably my best option... Demonic Tutor , Diabolic Intent , and Vampiric Tutor seem pretty necessary to pull this off the more I think about it.

Why not use Elite Arcanist to cut down the number of pieces required for the combo?
Important question for you though: what's your end goal here? Looping Teferi's Protection is cute and all, what's your game ending play?
My recommendation would be including Jhoira of the Ghitu and suspending a lot of MLD effects.

Well I hadn't really even picked a commander so the endgame is a mystery lol.
Being really pillowy and defensive I'd probably opt for a GAAIV type finish. That or MLD/Wipes on the back of Teferi's Protection... I oddly enough don't mind being that guy.
Not Ad Naus/Lab Man though... too technical on Naus and I hate Lab Man finishes.
Elite Arcanist is nice backup.

Try Oloro, Ageless Ascetic for a pillowfort that will give you plenty of control.

Having black in your color identity lets you run the Teferi's Protection + Lethal Vapors combo as well, altho that combo might not be as fun to use in multiplayer :)
