Is Oath of Lieges an auto-include for White?

Card: Oath of Lieges

I mean, if you're running a non-green, white EDH deck being able to place extra basic land untapped from your library seems pretty useful, but I never see this card get used as much as Rites of Flourishing which I feel would be less good since Rites of Flourishing gives your opponent additional card draw.

Thoughts on Oath of Lieges? I want to know what the community thinks.

both are huggy cards so it depends on how huggy you want to be i suppose. rite gives everyone draw and maybe an extra land. oath gives a land to people that are behind. oath also gives the color they need where as rite is much more random about it. my question is why run either? unless you are trying to hug people to death they are not good cards.

Great card. Not an auto-include, same way Rites of FLourishing isn't an auto-include.

It's definitely not autoinclude.

Land Tax is better.

Luminarch Ascension should be an auto include. Every time I see that played T2 in EDH, it becomes a huge problem if no one can deal with it in short order.
