Incorrect Duel Commander Banlist

I have noticed that Winter Orb is listed as banned in french Duel Commander, which is obviously a mistake considering a curent DC banlist. Or is there something TappedOut knows I dont?

Tappedout legality has been an issue for quite some time. I believe gatherer is usually the recommended site as the final say on banned lists.
