Ever since Atrax, Praetors' Voice came into existence, I been wanting to create the Planeswalker Deck. My problem is protecting them. There are multiple ideas in doing and I have a few ideas myself but wanted to get as much feedback as I can from everyone.

Wouldn't boardwipes wipe out my walkers as well?

Take a look at my list A Spark Awakens. I use an enchantment based shell with lots of boardwipes and land destruction to control the field.
Not if they are creature wipes. Planeswalkers are not creatures.

I see when I was looking at your deck. Would a token deck be useful to protect as well?

Supreme Verdict, Wrath of God, Day of Judgment, Damnation, Toxic Deluge, Cyclonic Rift, Fumigate, Duneblast, Martial Coup, Merciless Eviction, etc. There are a ton of wipes in those colors but these are some of my favorites :)

Yes tokens are great synergy as many planeswalkers make tokens and Garruk Wildspeaker can ultimate with an overrun effect to kill.

In Garruk's Wake id be hesitant to use it, simply because theres a lot of blue that can cast things out of graveyard and use it against you.

Well I was thinking tokens but also was thinking of a group hug deck. Kinda like the new commander than just came out as well.

Spike Weaver is amazing with Atraxa superfriends.
Also just making Atraxa indestructible makes people pretty hesitant to swing into your walkers. Something like Shield of the Oversoul works well.
Check out my list if you want some more ideas- Super-Duper Friends

Unfortunately Triskelion just cant keep up with only 1-2 counters per turn.
Also maybe something like Hundred-Handed One might be interesting.

I like the idea of Hundred-Handed One and added with Lightning Greaves will work perfectly. Spike Weaver and Shield of the Oversoul will be added to my deck. Would a group hug deck help as well?
