I am building 5colour walker control and I was wondering whther Chandra, Pyromaster is a good card for it? I don't have the deck on the site sorry!
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
She nets you an extra draw every turn. That's pretty good.

@Fulcrum but I can do that with all my blue walkers. Would Jace Beleren be better?

Honestly, yes. But if you play him, you have to get the Japanese Duel Decks anime version of him. On principle.

I think it's the same answer as really any card in the format: it depends on the the deck. If you think you'll be able to make good use of her ultimate, as well as her 0 effect, then use her. If not, she's probably not worth it in five color walkers. You can easily support her ultimate, you'll have access to Doubling Season and every tutor for it. Chandra Pyromaster is an amazing card, but if your deck has access to blue, you shouldn't be using her solely for her 0.

Her ultimate and +1 are crap in (muti-player) EDH. Her 0 is the only relevant ability, so it entirely depends on how long you expect people to allow you to keep her around. With a casting cost and her ability only being Pseudodraw of one card per turn; I wouldn't run her without expecting to get a minimum of 5 activations.

I run her in my edh deck (granted, it isn't a walkers deck) and she does well for me. But it sounds like you only need her for her 0, which is pretty lackluster when you have access to all the blue walkers of the world

I think she's alright, however I believe there are many more that do what she does better. Really, you only play her for her 0 ability, and there are plenty of blue walkers who can just draw the card for you rather than risk losing it for the game.
