Help with a CHAOS deck.

Hey everyone. Im trying to put together a deck that causes as much discord or "chaos" as possible. Win conditions aren't a concern right now. I would just like to build a deck has confusing and or powerful effects even at my own cost.
Most cards I've found are in the black/red camp but i'm down for anything.
So far I'm thinking of cards like:Havoc Festival, Pox, Takklemaggot, Humble Defector, Gauntlets of Chaos
Also thinking about including all the "choice" pain cards like:
Brow Beat, Mages' Contest, Pain's Reward, etc....
Any thoughts alongthese lines would be greatly appreciated... the deck is for chaos and fun...i'll figure out how much i actually want to win later on ; )
Breaking Point is a good choice effect, as is voting stuff. And blue exchange/steal effects can cause huge amounts of chaos. Also you want lots of draw/discard effects for the entire table (Wheel of Fortune type effects, but you can find cheaper options than the actual card).

Thanks for the list...this is exactly what I was looking for and the 5 color commander is perfect!!!!
Looks like I'me going to go with a UBR build to maximize the effeciency of the chaos!
Thanks again! I'll post my deck when I finish it. (mostly budget version)

Confusion in the Ranks is a wonderful, especially if Norin the Wary is your general. Custody Battle is always entertaining. Goblin Game, Grip of Chaos, Planar Chaos, Possibility Storm, Risky Move, Scrambleverse, Thieves' Auction, Warp World, Wild Evocation... All classics.
I haven't personally seen a chaos deck outside of red, but I suppose you could try things like Teferi's Realm, Ral Zarek, Eye of the Storm, Conjured Currency, Braids, Conjurer Adept, Knowledge Pool, Teferi's Puzzle Box... I think if you want more than one color, blue is the way to go. The other colors do have things to offer, like Eureka for green, or Lord of the Void for black, but red is almost mandatory.
