Godo and Batterskull

So I'm making a godo,bandit-warlord equipment deck with Sword of Feast and Famine Sword of Body and Mind and Sword of War and Peace .

I was wondering if [[Batterskull could be included or not, since it makes a black token does that interfere with the cards Identity?

no, Batterskull is still a colorless equipment it just has a enter the battlefield effect that makes a token and auto equips it when it enters the battlefield. this doesn't make any illegal actions against the color of the comander in any way. so yes battleskull would make a good equipment for the deck because batterskull is a colorless artifact equipment. when it refers to characteristic defining ability it refers to cards like Crimson Kobolds .

rule, 903.5c: A card can't be included in a commander deck if is any color, as defined by its mana cost or characteristic defining abilities, that isn't part of the commander's color identity or if it has any colored mana symbols in its mana cost or rules text that aren't of a color in the commander's color identity.

Hey does Zo-Zu the Punisher 's damage for land count as commander damage?

no it doesn't

rule, 203.14a: A player that's been dealt 21 or more COMBAT damage by the same commander over the course of the game loses the game. (this is a state based action, see rule 704.)
