EDH On a Budget

I really love EDH but sadly some of the "staple" cards are rather expesive. So I made deck:edh-on-a-budget-allies-1, a cheap EDH deck that runs without costly staple cards such as card:Sensei's Divining Top or Sol Ring . Looking for comments on how I can improve the deck as well as a cheaper WUBRG general (if there is one) or one that can have some synergy with the rest of the deck.

Don't do WUBRG if you're on a budget, manabase is gonna be wacky. Instead buy a commander pre con, they've got good staples inside for you to start your EDH collection. Playing WUBRG without a consistent manabase and fixing is asking for colour screwing, it wont be fun.

If you really want to run this deck, consider some more ramp fixing (cheap options like signets), a single Cultivate wont do the trick.
