Cheap Replacements for these?

Some friends and I are finally getting into Commander, and decided to all make some decks; I'm planning to build one around Phelddagrif for the laughs. We agreed to keep the decks pretty cheap, however. Would anyone be able to help me find some cheaper replacements to some of these cards? Thanks!
Arcanis the Omnipotent : Mostly just looking for card draw.
Birds of Paradise : Generating mana of different colors.
Grand Abolisher : Any other cards with a similar effect?
Asceticism : Granting everything hexproof.
Prophet of Kruphix : Untapping lands more often.
Chromatic Lantern : Allowing lands to tap for more colors.
Howling Mine : Increasing everyone's card draw.
P.S. I'm aware that a lot of these are already "cheap" to a lot of players; nevertheless, we're a very casual group and I don't want this deck to cost anywhere near my monthly car payments. Thanks!

Oh, and I guess Dosan the Falling Leaf is pretty similar to Grand Abolisher

Thanks for the response; I had actually just found Dictate of Kruphix myself, and that can work as a substitute (plus it can be flashed in to give me the first draw or whatever). Also found Awakening to replace Prophet of Kruphix . But other than that, I may just have to deal with it and stop being so cheap haha. And I'll consider Dosan, as well. Thanks!

Replacements for:
Arcanis the Omnipotent - Just search gatherer for "draw a card" or "draw cards"
Birds of Paradise - Abundant Growth , Gemhide Sliver , Karametra's Favor , Manaweft Sliver , Multani's Harmony , many more
Grand Abolisher - Sundial of the Infinite (not great, but might work)
Asceticism - Mizzium Skin , Archetype of Endurance , Oak Street Innkeeper , Prophet of Kruphix - Awakening , Nature's Will
Chromatic Lantern - Joiner Adept maybe Overlaid Terrain
Howling Mine - Malignant Growth , Rites of Flourishing
As a side note, I have a Phelddagrif EDH deck, Hip as a Hippo you might be interested in looking at. I can attest that a winged, purple hippo makes a hilarious commander!

Well, if you are a really casual player and a student (as I am myself), stretching your budget to $2.5 - 3 for single cards (especially when you need 100 different cards) might not be an option. Realmwright might help with some mana-fix.

Take a look through my budget list for EDH. Depending on what you want to replace them with there are many different options on the list. The Best of Budget Commander/EDH

List of Budget EDH Staples and Power Cards is alright for some ideas but slightly out of date. It is a huge list, though.

Joiner Adept can be a Chromatic Lantern , and I suppose Dictate of Kruphix could be a Howling Mine . Otherwise, there is very little that can do what the others do without being as expensive, or more expensive than what you listed
