Best Thelon of Havenwood deck to start with?

I'm looking to build a Thelon of Havenwood EDH deck with a $50-$100 budget. Anyone know a good budget shell to start off with?

I'd say just start with EDHRec and use it to build a base. Then you can change it based on budget/owned cards/personal preference.

lonker,
Have you already checked out the 'Latest Commander' decks at the bottom of the Thelon of Havenwood page? If not, I'd start there. You might also want to reach out to the brewers directly, either on their decks or walls ...

Good luck (and good skill) on the build!

Look up 'spore counter' in Gatherer?

Sorry for the double-post, but are there any cards that can synergize with all of these Saprolings? Like some Saproling Lords or anything that could synergize with having a ton of Saprolings. So far I already have Second Harvest, Beastmaster Ascension Creakwood Liege, and Parallel Lives.

Two links for you, friend.

First, the best themed Thelon deck you're ever likely to find: Fungi from Yuggoth

Second, the EDHRec page for Thelon, which will provide an excellent resource for identifying cards that are synergistic: EDHRec - Thelon of Havenwood

Ashes of the Fallen allows you to use any creature in your graveyard. Conspiracy does the same and makes all your creatures on the battlefield Fungi as well.

Winding Constrictor is nice budget substitute for Doubling Season.

lonker there are a few saproling lord type cards out there: Nemata, Grove Guardian, Thelonite Hermit, and Verdeloth the Ancient.
