I've looked at your lists and trying to find something we can all agree on. These suggestions are subject to change, they're up for interpretation, and I am open to new ideas. I think that both of the lists that have been submitted recently and I encourage their creators (or anyone else!) to take a look at this and see anything I'm forgetting.

1- You have fun (in your own way) playing the game.

2- Your goal is not to ensure that others do not have fun playing the game.

3- Win or lose, you show due respect to other players (and hopefully other people). Being salty about getting mana screwed is absolutely fine, getting mana screwed sucks, but you try your best not to take any frustrations, in-game or out, on other players.

4- You understand your deck and the game, and try not to take an absurd amount of time making decisions or reading cards.

5- You are communicative, inspiring interaction both socially and in terms of gameplay. Communication means knowing your meta, and if your deck is unprepared for it (whether too powerful or not powerful enough), having everyone on the same page about it or just sitting the round out.

I have actually really enjoyed many playgroups that paly very linearly, it's often fast, uninteractive decks that allow you to play 5-10 games that are pretty fast, like drag racing and it is super cool to see people go off! I know it is a rare thing to like, but occasionally I like that rather than the super slow 1-2 hour games that just aren't as fun occasionally, not to say I dislike all of them xD

Maybe, in that case, we could insert a clause that states that suggestions 1 and 2 overrule the others? Maybe we revise suggestion 5? Now that I look at it, it’s primarily based in opinion.
