Yasova end the turn

Commander Deck Help forum

So what I want to do with Yasova Dragonclaw is have a bunch of effects that do something that would normally disappear or go back at the end of the turn like Yasova’s ability giving stuff back or cards like Mirror March that make tokens that disappear at the end of the turn and using Sundial of the Infinite or other end the turn effects to keep all the stuff I’ve gathered.

So pretty much I’m looking for cards like Act of Treason effects or like I mentioned with Mirror March as well as anything else that could end the turn so I don’t loose any of those resources.

So the exact words you are looking for are "at the beginning of your next endstep"

Ending the turn while the return effects on the stack erase them so you wouldn’t have to give the creature back with Act of Treason so pretty much anything along those lines.

At least I think how that works or I could be wrong and you are right with the beginning of the next end step text.

Basically just "endstep". do a gatherer search for "endstep" in and see what you can find. Here are a few other good ones.

Elemental Mastery

Flameshadow Conjuring

Impromptu Raid

Killer Instinct

Planeswalker's Mischief

Psychic Vortex

Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded

Sneak Attack

Underworld Breach

And that's just Enchantments I searched.

There are so many good cards for this because I had built yasova before.

Conjurer's Closet and Thassa, Deep-Dwelling do this really good for stealing creatures with that clause. Also you could just gain control of it with Bazaar Trader.

Also Cold Storage works too. I have stolen creatures with Safe Haven before too.

Act of Treason does not work with Sundial of the Infinite and Yasova Dragonclawdoesn't work with Sundial of the Infinite either

griffstick well I guess that’s what Thasa, the closet, and the other things are for then. Also Ghostly Flicker Doesn’t change the plans too much for the deck plan.

Here is what i am running

Thiefing

You really want Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Bazaar Trader yes you can trade with yourself and keep their stuff and you also want sack outlets I still need to purchase Goblin Bombardment but there are plenty of outlets including the mana altars as while and a ton more. I personally not bought those yet this was a budget deck I am slowly upgrading.

Instead of sorcery speed Act of treason pay the extra mana and go with instant speed it can save you Grab the Reins and Ray of Command the beauty of having sack outlets steal their big new shinny creature and sack it sometimes killing combos etc I use it in another deck but you could leverage Reins of Power in Yasova Dragonclaw and Mob Rule can be game ending

There are a lot of cool stuff you can do hope this helps with the ideas

Hey, an important thing to note about Sundial of the Infinite interactions is the wording on cards.

A card needs to trigger at end step to be able to exile that trigger with Sundail. "At end step" or "at end of turn" wording needs to be on the card. You want to see the word "at" and the word "end" together in the same phrase. "At" is what makes a trigger and "end" means the end step of the turn.

Wording such as "until end of turn", "end of turn", doesn't have interaction with Sundail. This wording doesn't trigger at end step, it happens at the cleanup step which is after the end step and there's no trigger. Wording of "end of turn", "end the turn" means the cleanup step.

Here's a good article that explains Sundail interactions, https://playablemagic.com/sundial-of-the-infinite/
