Would like advice on my Varolz deck

I've been slowly filling out the ranks of this deck. Some key components are missing, but I have some fun interactions too.

My budget is about $10 per card (ideally) and about $40 a month.

I found varolz to be a subpar commander and eventually turned into a mimeoplasm deck and then took out varolz and all the scavenge targets. Much better, but also much more expensive deck.

I appreciate the input. It's my fist deck and that was the guy I settled on and he has been a lot of fun. If I had to do it again, I would have gone with skullbriar.

I'll keep that in the back of my mind if/when I get bored of this deck.
