Which deck to build?

Budget isn't that huge of an issue and they both look like loads of fun to play. Only concern is which deck looks more consistent, and not too easily disruptable. Also don't want this to be a huge drag to play vs as my other decks tend to get hated on real quick.
Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix + Vial Smasher the Fierce
Wheel effects, cards that proc off drawing/discarding
or
Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist

Vial Smasher the Fierce
Chaos, Havoc Festival and Dictate of the Twin Gods type effects
You got the exact idea behind the 1st deck, there's just so much to do with all the options and different synergies.
The 2nd choice would draw less hate but it just seems to flop if key cards are removed. The cards like Combustible Gearhulk, Sin Prodder and Spellbound Dragon.

I Love the idea of vial smasher and kydele together... my thought is that the two of them together is probably the most O.P. of any of the 15 partners combo'd together. I put together a virtual deck of these a few weeks ago, and while it is budget it might give you a few ideas to look at it.
I was thinking a little less of wheels in general and more piles of cards with X in the casting cost + Damia, Sage of Stone, Null Profusion, Recycle, Arjun, the Shifting Flame, Alhammarret's Archive and Thought Reflection kind of nonsense.
I agree though these two partners are gonna probably draw more hate than the other pairing.

I would first like to say that I appreciate someone who isn't super focused on a budget. Everything I've looked at recently (probably my fault) has been budget and I hate budget.
Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix + Vial Smasher the Fierce wheel would be hated out very quickly, like most Nekusar, the Mindrazer decks. Otherwise, the additional development of green could provide some funny ramp effects like Splendid Reclamation after a wheel or two would be hilarious. This deck theme offers plenty of consistency and recoverability if disrupted. If you don't make this, I will.
Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist + Vial Smasher the Fierce chaos offers a lot more fun, yet a lot less consistency - not to mention how slow it can be, creating a problematic situation if you keep getting disrupted. I wouldn't go for Havoc Festival + Dictate of the Twin Gods types of combos but instead Hive Mind and Eye of the Storm cards. Also, Radiate is a card, wink wink nudge nudge.
