Which Card Should I Put in Place of Witch-Maw Nephilim?

I currently am building an EDH deck with Atraxa, Praetors' Voice as the general, and it is nearly complete, but I still am making adjustments to it as WotC releases new cards.
In particular, I have Witch-Maw Nephilim in that deck, because, prior to Atraxa being printed, it was the only card of its color combination, but I now am realizing that it is not a good card to have in that deck, because it does not synergize with any other card in it, so I intend to remove it in favor of a card that is better suited for the deck.
I am contemplating two different cards to put in place of the nephilim: the first is Vraska, Golgari Queen, because all of her abilities, but most especially her third ability, are awesome. The second is the newly-revealed Simic Ascendancy, because that card simply has such great synergy with my deck, most especially Archangel of Thune, Juniper Order Ranger, Shalai, Voice of Plenty, and Doubling Season. Also, that card would lower the mana curve of my deck, which is always a good thing, and I am not certain if the deck has a sufficient number of ways of generating tokens to fuel Vraska's first ability.
What does everyone else say about this? Which of those two cards should I put in place of witch-maw nephilim?
Simic ascendency 100%. Vraska is only very good in focused self sacrifice decks. She isn't going to be that great with Atraxa.

DrukenReaps, Rzepkanut, I was already favoring Simic Ascendancy, so your words have convinced me to use it, and I thank you for that. As a side note, you may have noticed that most of the planeswalkers in my deck generate emblems, and that is not a coincidence; I specifically chose such planeswalkers because the deck is designed to help them produce their emblems as quickly as possible, and that would have been the case with Vraska, as well, had I chosen to use her.

Simic Ascendancy is probably your best bet. It has a mana dump to make counters and might win the game for no reason if people can't deal with it/don't pay attention to it.
Vraska is really cool but does need a deck that wants to sacrifice stuff for value. She should be far from the only sac outlet in a deck, IMO. Some of the other vraskas offer a similar ability to just win the game and might be better suited if you really want to use her.
