What should I cut from my The Immaculate Mizzix's Experiment deck to add Sentinel Tower? Is Sentinel Tower even worth cutting a card for?

Take out a mountain - you're already playing with more than you need.
That said, Sentinel Tower really shines in storm/cascade decks and that's not the Miz you're running.
