What Brawl Legend to run...

Since there is no "Brawl Help" section here, I decided it was best to put it in the closest relative...
Since I have immense limits for Brawl, I actually have some personal guidelines for what I want to choose:
Ichi: With the rotation for standard coming soon, stuff from both the Kaladesh & Amonkhet blocks will not be permitted.
Ni: The Brawler in question needs to be extremely underrated in this format to a fault that entirely nobody will ever use them as their Brawler
San: No Orzhov; I actually have future plans for this in Commander, but it needs to be extremely unique, & not fall under any obvious tropes. Suggestions regarding this are welcome here as well if you wish to help.
Yoh/Shii/DEATH: It must somehow, even if nobody ever uses it, to compete with the big guys & gals... Oh & straight out monsters.
GO!: Masterpiece Collection cards are purely forbidden as they'll cycle out of Standard just as easily as the blocks they originate from. Yes; this will NOT include staples like Mana Crypt or even some of Magic's greatest cards ever AKA the Amonkhet Invocations.
I hope this helps for ideas, & I apologize for such strict standards; I just don't want to get outcycled after Ixalan & Dominaria until we actually have stuff that warrants this.

I have been conceptualizing a lot of different commanders. So far the one I think will be played the least while still seeming competitive is Hallar, the firefletcher.
with limited access to cards with Kicker I think he/she will be more or less forgotten about unless something like the deck I am thinking actually works well.
My deck does use cards you won't want from sets that will rotate in October but at least it will give you an idea.

Anyways, for those that wish to help for BW Commander Suggestions, here are the requirements for thus:
Ichi: No Life Manipulation. Too many commanders of this identity either can weaponize this, or worse...
Ni: No Graveyard Manipulation: We get it; Orzhov is about the afterlife. There is a commander that can do this without the Grave though...
San: No flipping Vampires! Besides, given lore, Sorin Markov should escape Nahiri's encasing of stone anyway.
Just asking for ideas still. Any thoughts?

Still referring to LittleBlueHero, despite the few kickers Dominaria has in those colors, regardless not only do we have good effects, but also stuff in those colors from aforementioned set alone that could actually be of some use. Also I just got a fourth option in Orzhov. Hint? No image, but is not reliant on the grave either. Seems promising... & is human to boot.

Hey, two color and three color manabases are pretty bad in Brawl. There's just not enough dual land options in Standard when you can only play them as 1 ofs. If you're excluding cards from both Kaladesh and Amonkhet then the land choices are much much less.
Mono colored Brawl manabases however I think have potential because the manabase can be all one type of basic land and some utility lands.
Dominaria looks to have some really good mono colored legendaries and the whole set hasn't been revealed yet, there could be more. Without Kaladesh and Amonkhet cards you're very much limited to only Dominaria for mono colored legendaries to use as a possible Brawler. Currently not a lot of good choices for all colors...
Some strong mono color Brawler options excluding KLD and AKH blocks:
- Green good stuff and ramp with Ghalta, Primal Hunger
- Red aggro and ramp with Captain Lannery Storm
- Red aggro and voltron with Valduk, Keeper of the Flame
- Blue good stuff and artifacts with Zahid, Djinn of the Lamp
- Blue aggro with Jace, Cunning Castaway
- Blue aggro with Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive
- Black good stuff with Demonlord Belzenlok
- Black Rats with Torgaar, Famine Incarnate
- White good stuff and Angels with Lyra Dawnbringer
- White Vampires with Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle
- White aggro and voltron with Danitha Capashen, Paragon

As a Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh brawler myself, I feel that 3 color brawlers are the bees knees and give you the widest range of options.
Your choice of brawler is largely unimpactful. It is one of 60 cards and having the best brawler is irrelevant if the rest of the deck is draft chaff. Conversely, choosing a underrated brawler, but filling the rest of the deck with the best stuff for the deck will not mean that the brawler is a hidden gem.
The best thing to do is scour over this list from the bottom up and choose what suits your fancy:
My personal recomendation is Zetalpa, Primal Dawn.

Just a little side note on what you said about invocations, there will still be the Spell Pierce invocation in standard. Maybe use that if your brawler is blue

@multimedia: Out of all that is mentioned, you made the best point; I am at least thankful stuff like Iona, Shield of Emeria has cycled long, LONG ago. Anyways I have four ideas for underrated Orzhov commanders: Daxos the Returned, Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts, Triad of Fates, and that one Human Knight of Dominaria. Not sure who to choose, but in any case for Brawl, I'll see what I can do for Mono Color; there isn't even a full cycle of new Duals, and Tri Lands are pretty much gone.

Further Question: What would I have to do if I made a Brawl Deck for Traxos, Scourge of Kroog? Wastes have been cycled out of standard, so I'd have to find another way for mana...
Ideas? Rocks are allowed, but some other ideas are welcome too. :)

Traxos is tough... something like this would work.
Aether Hub, Arch of Orazca, Cascading Cataracts, Cradle of the Accursed, Dunes of the Dead, Endless Sands, Field of Ruin, Grasping Dunes, Hostile Desert, Inventors' Fair, Painted Bluffs, Scavenger Grounds, Sequestered Stash, Spire of Industry, Sunscorched Desert, Survivors' Encampment, Unclaimed Territory, Unknown Shores
Wastes woulda been nice here but at least we have a lot of colorless deserts. Not sure if its enough for a 60 card deck... I could be missing a few. Plus there are a few that come in tapped I believe.
