What are the best colors for a pinger deck?

Considering building a deck around the traditional pinger cards like Vulshok Sorcerer, Prodigal Sorcerer, Prodigal Pyromancer, etc.
Lots of throwing small damage around with tap effects. What are the best colors for this deck?
Red and blue are obvious but what about the third color? I've heard some people recommend Temur for green's cool untap abilities with Quest for Renewal, Seedborn Muse, etc.
However white also seems interesting with all of the archers and cool ones like Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile, on top of more controll-y options like Minister of Impediments.

Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Curiosity is a must have in this deck. Personally, I think Temur is the way to go with this. Riku of Two Reflections, Animar, Soul of Elements, or Maelstrom Wanderer are all excellent choices for a pinger commander.

Not to rain on your parade, but before you commit to anything, I think you should make a list of possible pingers, as I'm not sure how many there actually are. I think a deck like this would probably be better suited for Modern, where you can run multiple copies of the important effects like Quest for Renewal.
That said, I think the best colors for a pinger deck would probably be Jund (). While you would lose access to Prodigal Sorcerer, Black has deathrouch-givers like Onyx Mage, Deadly Allure, Virulent Swipe, etc. that you can use to give your pingers : Murder.

Riku of Two Reflections Seems like a good commander for pingers. I have no knowledge of the commander, but you can pair the U/R pinging power with cards like Nightshade Peddler
I personally like the idea of using Rakdos, Lord of Riots or Nin, the Pain Artist. Nin, the Pain Artist is great with the cards you've provided. Endbringer is a fantastic pinger, and Izzet Staticaster is great even though it only hits creatures.

Go with Nicol Bolas and run cards like Quicksilver Dagger and Psionic Gift to make people discard their hand. Black offers Death Pits of Rath which can be fun with Goblin Sharpshooter. Very casual but fun deck.
Also don't forget to run Neko-Te!

Nekusar, the Mindrazer he could suit your needs. there are a number of black cards with some form of ping or another. Blood Artist Zulaport Cutthroat and Sangromancer and use Bloodgift Demon to ping your opponents or get some card advantage. it's an idea.
