Want to build a flicker deck

I've started building a flicker deck with Roon of the Hidden Realm as a commander.
I need some help to tune it into something playable against all sorts of decks. I don't know how many creatures you should have in a deck like this and if I should have some non creature removal and stuff like that? Please help me if you have tried to do something similar or just have a good idea :)
The deck: Flickering Rhoonosaucerous
There are some engines which are very common for the archetype:
- Panharmonicon
- Eerie Interlude
- Restoration Angel
- Eldrazi Displacer
- Felidar Guardian
- Conjurer's Closet
- Mistmeadow Witch
- Deadeye Navigator
The next step would probably be maximize Enter the Battlefield creatures:
There's a whole bunch of them that can help with the direction you choose for your deck.
Follow that with ramp, removal and maybe protection and you're on your way.
