What are the most fun voltron generals that you have played or played against?

More into the semi-Voltron decks (Jeleva, Alesha), but if I had to pick, I'd go with a Sram, Senior Edificer deck I've been trying to build for a few months now.

I've only really goldfished the deck, but Sram's ability seems too cool to pass up.

Other than that, my friend built a pretty sweet Sigarda, Host of Herons EDH deck that seemed pretty cool.

My Kataki, War's Wage Equipment Voltron has been the most fun voltron I've ever seen or played against (when I let others pilot it). Going the straight old, bland herp-derp attach, swing, win ain't fun to play or watch. Gotta add in that spice.

Although she is not the biggest and most badass out there, I would certainly suggest Bruna, Light of Alabaster. She has been great to play with! You need to plan and think a bit, has way outs and surprising turnabouts and the suspense you create around the table with her potential one-shots at any minute is beautiful!

You could check out my deck of it, if you'd like. Ala-buster Cannon. I know it's not the most optimised, but I've had the most fun with this version.

Another fun voltron I've faced is Godo, Bandit Warlord.

Uril, the Miststalker Can be strong, fun and easy on the wallet.

Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief Is a super neat general with removal, plus pump. Mana intensive though.

Kemba, Kha Regent Now kemba can do lots of really funny stuff. Lifegain/Token Army and one of the more powerful artifact/enchantment colors.

Omnath, Locus of Mana A strange kind of voltron, but you wanted fun. He can do voltron in a less traditional way, but he can do it.

Geist of Saint Traft Voltron that makes angels everywhere.

Lazav, Dimir Mastermind OOOooh boy lazav, not your usual guy. But turning him in to "Lazav, the Ceaseless Hunger" or "Lazav, the stormtide leviathan" it really just depends of your opponents, sky's the limit.

Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts I mean things can't block her, and your opponents will second guess attacking you. It can be fun and strong.

Sisters of Stone Death The usual thing people do with her, is gorgon tribal... Why do that when you can swing, steal stuff, and abuse your giant creature? This one is pretty mana intensive, good thing she's got green.

Varolz, the Scar-Striped He takes a little bit of fandiddling with your graveyard and deck, but I've been told he can be fun and rewarding.

Tajic, Blade of the Legion If you like pissing your opponents off by constantly using board wipes this is the man to play, or Zurgo Helmsmasher maybe even Sapling of Colfenor just make sure to use Worldslayer in any of the 3

I use Radha, Heir to Keld for Voltron, because her ability helps with casting instants like Temur Battle Rage.

Mine is not up to par yet, but the most fun looking Voltron I've seen is Zedruu the Greathearted with auras. Just place the aura on Zedruu, then give your opponent control of the aura using Zedruu's ability.

Sigarda, Host of Herons and Bruna, Light of Alabaster seem like the only real options if your definition of "fun" also happens to imply viability. I'll throw my Sigarda list out there as well if you end up having the time or will to look through it - A Prison Fit for an Enchantress.

My first voltron general was a budget Zur the Enchanter I later changed to a Zurgo Helmsmasher deck. My zurgo deck only has one other creature in it besides the commander. I run lots of board wipes and enchantments to buff zurgo. So far the deck has worked really well. Zurgo is definitely my favorite Voltron commander Zurgo's toolbox of death

I have a little bit of Voltron in my Lazav deck. Mainly just equipment like Chariot of Victory, Bladed Pinions, and Haunted Cloak that give lots of keywords and evasion. Darksteel Plate makes him a nightmare to deal with.
