Upgrading Brago to competitive

Looking for some help with my Brago, King Eternal deck. I explain in the description, but the short version is I need to make this deck more competitive and I'm not sure what sorts of win conditions are the best for Brago.

Brago's best win con is Strionic Resonator + Mana Rock to copy Brago's combat damage trigger. You get infinite blinks, and if your mana rock taps for more than 2 mana, you get infinite mana during the combat damage step. The infinite mana is great for buffing a Walking Ballista infinitely and then using the counters to burn each of your opponents.
As far as making this list more competitive, the first step is to take out everything over 4 mana that doesn't actively push you closer to making the Strionic/Mana Rock infinite blinks combo. Adding more cheap mana rocks and upgrading the mana base is also a good step. The artifact lands and cycle lands are good, but you need fewer basics and your fetches need to fetch untapped lands to speed things up. Adding in ways to tutor for your artifacts is also another way to improve your speed.
Depending on how competitive you're looking to make the list, the next step is to introduce some stax effects into your deck. Cards like Static Orb, Winter Orb, and Stasis are very tough to play around when you can't blink your permanents, but with Brago, that becomes a way to push yourself ahead of your opponents. Counter spells are great, but denying your opponents their resources makes life very tough for them and cements you as the front-runner for the win.
