Two Super Decks Need Help!

I've been posting recently with help for some legacy and modern decks, now, however, I have my two EDH decks that both need some help. The first is my Esper Control + Fatties deck. It's my best EDH deck and I'd love to make it better.
The second deck is a Golgari My Graveyard Kills You deck. It's new, thrown together and pretty efficient. Again, I'd like to see this one working better and faster.
