This is a seriously awful deck. For the love of magic PLEASE HELP!

This is meant to be an EXTREME BUDGET deck for casual-ish play and should be VERY VERY LOW PRICED, no more than $15-$20. So please do not recommend cards that cost more than $0.35. The idea is to use the dual commanders (Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa&Tana, the Bloodsower) to create a bunch tokens that can only be blocked by flying. I have pump spells to get damage through with Tana, the Bloodsower, and other cards that buff my creatures or create more tokens. This deck needs to be seriously trimmed down. I realize the deck is very misguided right now and needs a lot of help. Please tell me what to remove, and what to add. Thanks

I had some help from Bhaal666, joshuaizac, GobboE, and libraryjoy, and used many of their suggestions. I tried my best to cut out the unnecessary or weak cards, but the deck is still 16 cards over and I could really use some more help.
