Sygg, River Cutthroat EDH Suggestions

So I was looking to build a Dimir EDH deck and I found Sygg, River Cutthroat . His ability gives me vibes that remind me of Ephara, God of the Polis who is one of my favorite decks. Now in Ephara, I found ways to recur, blink creatures on my opponents turn, and use flash creatures to(usually) draw a card on everyone's turn and 2 on mine. My question is this: Does anyone know any cool cards or effects that can take advantage of Sygg's ability in a similar way other than save up mana and use Pestilence ?

Funkydiscogod my dude you're on to something. Everyone plays Sygg as unlockable creatures and basically watered down Edric, Spymaster of Trest , but I think the correct way to play him is as a discard deck!
Run the low cost symmetrical discard effects and mitigate the downside by drawing cards on everyone's turns from all the The Rack type effects everyone else will be suffering from! Throw in discard synergies and Madness cards and you've got a deck.

Here's the current draft. It's pretty brutal in testing, but might need some refining. I tend to avoid tutors, so possibly more of those could help: Stabby Sygg
