Simply looking to get some more Blue and Green cards in since the black takes up over 50% of the cards, and I don't want Forests and Islands to be hard to draw. Could use with some ramp as well since there are X cost spells that help create the 2/2 zombies.
My budget is $200 currently, Only just getting my first job as a teen.deck:Sigh D.C.. I'll put my own thoughts in the maybeboard, so that may spark some ideas.
P.S. Decks already three cards over, so need to take out three before adding more.

You said you wanted more blue/green cards, but i'm not exactly sure what you want. This is a solid zombie deck, even if it is heavy black. If you want to lean more Simic over black, you could run more filtering like Fact or Fiction, Forbidden Alchemy, and Grisly Salvage, and card draw like Deep Analysis. However, it would involve cutting some of your zombie synergy. Nagas in Paris is my Sidisi deck, I have the colors about 1/3 each, because I am running self-mill/reanimator instead of a zombie theme.
I think your colors are fine, don't worry too much. Cutting black for the sake of cutting black will only dilute your synergy.
If you want ramp, you can add more green. Things like Cultivate, Rampant Growth and the new Hour of Promise are staples in green, but my personal choice for Sidisi is mana dorks, since milling them gets you a zombie. Birds of Paradise, Llanowar Elves, Sakura-Tribe Elder etc. I think Urborg Elf is a budget sleeper for Sultai, since it taps for all 3 colors.
