Should I run sensei's divining top in my Mizzix's deck

Should run Sensei's Divining Top in my The Immaculate Mizzix's Experiment deck? If so, what should I cut for it. I was thinking Earthquake. What are your thoughts?

I'm of the opinion that top is not actually that good of a card unless you are playing Miracles or something like Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow or decks that lack draw power like mono red / white.
However you are playing blue. Top lets you look at the top three and rearrange them... or you could just draw three cards. Even sub-par cards like Concentrate barely cost more mana than the top after a couple activations (that's not even counting Mizzix discounts) and actually gives you the cards rather than sorting through them on your library.
Seriously. Just draw three cards and you're already in a better spot than anything the Top can do for you.

Yes. Always yes. Top is a very powerful card. Earthquake, Gitaxian Probe, Stolen Goods, and Mox Amber are all cards I'd consider cutting.
