Do you think I should run Boseiju, Who Shelters All in my The Immaculate Mizzix's Experiment deck? It has a really good ability, but the downside is that the land comes into play tapped and only produces colorless. If you think I should add it what land do you suggest cutting?
I'd run it in the deck as your wincon would most likely be a big spell or some infinite combo, which you do not wish to be stopped dead, by a mere counterspell.
There's also Tolaria West for you to tutor up the land.

I would like to run it, but I am worried it might hurt my mana base.

Looked through your deck list, you do have quite a number of spells that require double colored mana. However out of the current 35 lands you play, there're only 2 that produce colorless mana (didn't count fetches as they'd fetch for colored mana anyway) and only 3 lands that may come into play tapped. Imho, adding Boseiju in the deck shouldn't hurt the mana base that much.

unless your meta is really dependent on counterspells, i wouldn't worry about it. especially if you don't have a few ways of tutoring for it, most of which are green. Expedition Map is one option you could use though.
