Sek'kuar $100 budget deck help

Looking to get into Commander (usually just play Modern/Casual) to join a playgroup. I need some affordable Ideas to make this deck could. Keep in mind I know hardly anything about commander.
If you're new to commander a really great resource is commandertheory.tumblr.com, they have general articles on deckbuilding that surpass your usual "check out this build" stuff and delve into actual strategy and competitiveness, and they also have a "top fifty" list of cards in each color.
Following that blog improved my EDH deckbuilding skill enormously.

Sadly they don't have an article on Sek'kuar, but you could always ask them to do one and see if they respond (I think the main writer is playing in some magic event right now).
