Scorpion God considerations

I've been in the process of building a The Scorpion God deck list but nothing is quite finalized at the moment. I'm thinking Yawgmoth, Thran Physician might be able to combo well with him and Nest of Scarabs for even more draws.
I'm trying to think of a way to more. I know infect/wither does well with him at the helm but what else is there?

Hey, I think if you have already or are willing to drop the funds to get a copy of Yawgmoth, Thran Physician then you should go mono black instead of Rakdos. Yawgmoth is a good General, take advantage of him from the Command Zone. He becomes less playable as a four drop when he's not the General instead only a card in the 100 card deck.
Mono black gives you all the tools you need for a deck with Yawgmoth as General which ever direction you choose to go to abuse his abilities. Red doesn't add much other than some removal options that black doesn't have.

I have a The Scorpion God deck and it's a lot of fun to play, so feel free to take a look and perhaps some inspiration. It's not competitive though, more like a ~75 % casual if that’s what you’re aiming for.

multimedia I actually will have to disagree with you here. I would say that yawg is almost an auto include in a scorpion god deck. Scorpion god will probably never be cEDH caliber commander but he is fun to build around, so I think a 4 drop sac outlet/card draw/-1 counter/proliferate machine is more than powerful enough in a 4 drop slot.
Yawg is a pretty cool general, but I would say he is an entirely different strategy than the scorpion god as the commander. I think a yawg deck would be aristocrats rather than -1/-1 counters

I should think that Persist and/or Undying creatures would go well in the deck. Persist creatures supplying their own -1/-1 counters and Undying being virtually impossible to get rid of as your commander removes their +1/+1 counters. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed would seem to be an auto-include.
