R/W Brion, Blanket non-targeting removal

EDH Brion Stoutarm R/W, Fury and Wrath
I'm looking for suggestions that don't target anything specific, but also are either super powerful win-cons Insurrection or multiuse cards so as not to waste a card space. I need something to go up against a blue card (cannot recall the name) that was basically, this creature and other creatures you control have "can't be targeted unless it's the second spell targeting this creature this turn", as well as another card that "this creature and all creatures you control have hexproof" I had to essentialy Wrath of God to get it out of the play field, but I'd like a card with more synergy.
Any ideas?

Thanks! I have been considering sideboarding Arcane Lighthouse, and for 1 mana, Glaring Spotlight is pretty sweet. Easily destroyed but at least it's cheap.
I had Mob Rule in, however it was costly so I took it out. I'll reconsider.
Glad you knew what card I was talking about!

Let's say I use Mob Rule to get Kira, Great Glass-Spinner, does that mean I cannot sac her to Brion's ability without targeting her with something else first?

The sacrifice part of Brion Stoutarm's ability is not targeted, it is a cost. You could absolutely sacrifice Kira to ping something else for 2.

Oh awesome, I really never read that. Brion Stoutarm just keeps getting better and better. Using him with Well of Lost Dreams is just amazing in Boros too, lol. If he didn't have lifelink, what good would he be! lol

I'm adding Runehorn Hellkite instead of Reforge the Soul although I hadn't even come up with a place for it, andEmeria Shepherd and Sin Prodder.Going to sideboard Mass Mutiny, Mob Rule and Arcane Lighthouse.

For hexproof, I would consider just packing Glaring Spotlight or Arcane Lighthouse, since removing hexproof also allows you to steal and sac utility or stubborn creatures with Brion. Getting around Kira, Great Glass-Spinner is a little more tricky. One option would be to use something like Captivating Crew, since using their ability would eat the counter ability and then use targeted removal (or vice versa). Using Insurrection or Mob Rule is another option to steal it. You could also pack Banefire, Combust or Overmaster to just fight through counterspell decks.
