Really cool Breya deck, needs your help!

Hey there. Right now I have a deck I'm very proud of in the works, and It's currently the top rated Breya deck. Breya, Angry Esper. It has an extensive list of wincons and a battle plan all laid out. My main issue right now is figuring out what to cut. I've already cut 30 cards but there's still lots to do. Any help is much appreciated.

I want to make a strong deck with a budget of 400-800, including cards I already own.
I want to play midrange ideally and combo off towards then end. I don't normally play infinite combos but I feel like it's the only way to make Breya have a real chance at winning. I have a list of wincons in the description to give you a better idea.

Definitely cut ThopterFoundrySieve, Aetherflux Reservoir, Norn's annex, Hangarback Walker.
