I want to make a deck with all the characters in the Ravnica Cycle series. Other than the Rainbow Commander, its going to have a ton of Legendaries that have no relaztion to each other (Agrus Kos has like no synergy with anything) BUT I WANNA DO ITTTTT.
I would appreciate it if you guys could 1. mention all the main characters that are in cards and 2 tell me about appropriate support for a rainbow mega ramp deck

But, who's going to be your general? Unless I am very mistaken Ravnika did not have a 5 colour legend (that is, if you want to include all the colours)...
Anyway: in this case I really recommend mana rocks like Commander's Sphere, Chromatic Lantern, Darksteel Ingot, and lands such as Grand Coliseum, City of Brass and Exotic Orchard, maybe even Transguild Promenade and Shimmering Grotto to really avoid coloured mana problems

There is a ton of thematic rainbow support, such as the Promenade you mentioned. The general will not be ravnican unfortunately.
My main issue is finding thematic lands. I'm using the Maze's End engine already. Also Thespian's Stage will go in if I find some stuff for it to copy. I want the lands that represent the guilds, such as Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree as well (I don't know the others).
Just to be sure, everything in the linked page appears in the books?

That I do not know, haven't read the books. But most, I reckon, yes. It is part of the Ravnikan lore after all.
As for the lands: there are the guild gates (those you know if you play the maze's end), but each guild also has a common dual land: like Rakdos Carnarium, Dimir Aqueduct, and there are the rare duals obviously like Hallowed Fountain and such.

chosenone124, the lands you mention (Like Vitu-Ghazi) are called the guildhalls, as they're, well, the home halls of each guild.
These are all of them:
Prahv, Spires of Order, Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion, Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree, Duskmantle, House of Shadow, Novijen, Heart of Progress, Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace, Nivix, Aerie of the Firemind, Orzhova, the Church of Deals, Skarrg, the Rage Pits, and Svogthos, the Restless Tomb.
As mentioned above, the Ravnica Karoo Lands would be helpful:
Azorius Chancery, Boros Garrison, Selesnya Sanctuary, Dimir Aqueduct, Simic Growth Chamber, Rakdos Carnarium, Izzet Boilerworks, Orzhov Basilica, Gruul Turf, and Golgari Rot Farm.
