This deck can kick-ass if it ignites. But sometimes it won't go off. I have some ideas on how to make it more consequent but I would love some input from the community.

In my meta some players are having decks close to cEDH. We play a tight multiplayer where every flaw or failure is punished hard.

Also I added an infinite turns combo in it. Can anyone check this combo if it works the way I think it works? It's at the bottom of the decks description.

Thanks in advance for your reviews...

Hey there! I play a ton of Rafiq in cEDH and have had decent success with my list

I would love to help you out but first I need a better idea of your meta. I dont mean this offensively by any means, but a lot of people say cEDH and their meta is just very tuned battlecruisers. A true cEDH meta is comprised of several t3 I win decks, heavy stax decks, or a few other outliers like rashmi draw go. What are some examples of the decks that are beating you?

Also important, is what is your budget like? Do you have a preference on the style of play you want the deck to run? Just from a glance, our lists are very different from one another. Are you partial to enchantress or are you willing to switch if necessary to combat your meta?

rockleemyhero There are two players in special in our playgroup who said goodbye to Casual and hello to cEDH. And both can't resist playing cEDH decks while we often play a more casual setting.

Yesterday I took the challenge to play a few three player games against both of them and the first I won with Rafiq and then I switched to a more casual Commander which was a big mistake.

To give you an idea I played against the following Generals:

I think I saw around five times one of them go infinite, in draw, damage, gaining life or whatever. There was only one game where nobody played a deck with blue so without counterspells. Which I nearly won with my Bladewing the Risen deck.

Normally these guys play fetch and pain (In which I should invest, I know). Counters, draw, ramp you name it. To go short: I know the difference between Casual, Tight Casual and cEDH. These guys seldom play a Commander who is lower than Tier 2 and they know how to play them.

So what I would like to do is make two decks which can compete with them. I don't mind spending money on cards but I am no millionaire so I have to save up. The other deck is going to be Momir Vig, Simic Visionary which I have in a casual setting right now and I am going to rebuild it to the Hack version.
