Prossh on a budget

So I was looking around for commanders for my girlfriend yesterday and came across Jeleva and thought the scaling cost ability was amazing, unfortunately my girlfriend fell in love with it too. I'm not a fan of blue anyway. So I had a look around and found Prossh and new I needed to build a deck for him. So my thoughts went towards getting some more tokens in the deck and then more tokens and a plethora of ways to abuse the tokens, either by sacrificing a couple to dope effects or using their numbers to my advantage. So, baring in mind this is only my second EDH deck, please let me know what you think of it, what cards I should substitute and of course the reasoning behind that.
