So i was looping at the spoilers for c17 and saw Mathas, fiend seeker, and I fell in love with it. I just love the idea of putting bounties on creatures' heads! Needless to say I'm getting vampires, but I wanted to ask about good political cards so that my vampire tribal can have a more political feel to it. I love this idea on two levels, the first is that playing mind games is so fun in edh, and second, vampires are often accosiated with smooth talking and deception, so flavor bonus!
Anyway, I've never built a deck around playing the politics game, so I'm looking for cards that do that well in the mardu colors

I'm also building Mathas Politics and one of the things I'm adding is the curses that do things when you attack the cursed player so that I can effectively put bounties on players as well as creatures.

Having played a political style Mardu deck for a while now, I can say it's a really fun deck style. My easiest answer would be to look up various builds for Queen Marchesa (long may she reign), and modify it for more vampire synergy. She is an amazing commander for politics and Monarchy is such a fun mechanic in EDH. For a few ideas:
