Phenax Mill commander deck help?

So I love mill in modern.. So I decided to make it for EDH as well. Def will be alot tougher to mill 3 opponents but thought I would give it a try.

Have some combos or nice interaction cards in this deck but typically don't want to win with infinite combos or anything like that.

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank Is a really nice combo

Nihil Spellbomb + Oblivion Sower after I have milled a little bit is a nice boost of at least 4 lands but usually more for me.

Eater of the Dead + Phenax, God of Deception using eater to tap and mill and then use eaters ability to untap. And repeat and wash.

Sphinx's Tutelage + Whispering Madness can provide some really nasty mill

Also Guiltfeeder can end games with just combat damage.

I'm sure I missed some other interactions.

I didn't include alot of the typical mill cards as they only target one player and I need to defeat 3 other plp.

So haven't been able to test this except against myself.

I will be testing it this weekend against my friends decks

Licia, Sanguine Tribune

Lazav, Dimir Mastermind

Brago, King Eternal

I'm most worried about the brago deck.

Is there any changes you would make to this deck just in general or to make it better against the match ups I listed.

The CMC is def high and my mana base might be right at the minimum.. I've been fine play testing but any advice on that is much appreciated.

Thanks for any advice.

Not looking to chuck alot of money into the deck. So keep any card suggestions $10 or less. With $5 and less being more likely for me to buy. ( all the "maybe board" cards listed in my deck are in my possession.)

Pain Seer and Daring Thief? They seem pretty good with the mill effects. I don't have any personal experience with a Phenax deck, but if I did, they would be chilling right next to King Macar as sweet Inspired effects.

Tunnel Vision plus Reito Lantern or Junktroller makes a perfect entire library mill. Put a non-basic land card on the bottom, name it, and presto, instant mill.

Fraying Sanity is really good even though it only enchants one player, it can help you quickly take out who ever is the greatest threat to you (like the Brago deck)

that's so dirty. I saw tunnel vision a couple times and thought it could be useful if you knew the persons deck well and got lucky for it to be near the bottom. But ultimately to random to put into my deck.

But to put a card you choose from their graveyard on the bottom of their library and then name it and mill them down to 1 card.. Wow just wow.. That will be a fun combo if I happen across it.

Instantly went online and bought those cards.

Thanks

Hey man, I've been running a mill deck in my commander group for about 4 months now and I have a lot of fun and win a good percentage. We run a $100 max budget so that may be up your alley. I'll link the deck for you to see how I run it.
