Looking at the new partner legendaries from battlebond, I thought "this is like Wild Pair, I should throw them all in a deck" Now, I realize that just doing that is going to be terrible and not synergistic without finding some subthemes and how to benefit from always getting another creature in my hand when I cast my creatures.
Some things that I have also considered with this are cards like Soul of the Harvest, Primordial Sage, and Zendikar Resurgent so I draw from my casting as well as cards that say casting creatures matter such as the amonkhet monuments or Primeval Bounty.
TL;DR I would like help finding a useful theme to go off of with the partner's, and subthemes to fill out the deck.

Interesting idea. Definitely all over the place except for the focus on creatures.
My suggested theme is mana, many of these are middling and up on CMC. Anything that works with ETBs is good too. Aura Shards, Impact Tremors, and Warstorm Surge for instance.
For commanders consider Najeela, the Blade-Blossom.
8 of these are warriors and 2 produce warriors, Regna, the Redeemer and Blaring Recruiter.
You can also use the potential for extra combats since some of these are aggressive and love attacking like Blaring Captain, Impetuous Protege, Okaun, Eye of Chaos, Soulblade Corrupter, and Virtus the Veiled.

if you want the idea of tutoring a creature with every other creature, look up a deck called hackball momir. It basically uses cards that say something like change one color word with another to make Momir Vig, Simic Visionary's ability make you tutor a green creature with every green creature cast, then you use elves and Heritage Druid to make lots of mana and end up in an infinite mana loop. It's a very competitive deck, and very fun to play, AND pretty budget (like $70)

DrunkenReaps yeah, it is super all over the place, but sometimes I have more fun being convoluted. The focus on warriors is actually a great idea. I was already planning on Oketra's Monument so that is warriors too. I could also then drop in Conspiracy and Arcane Adaptation to turn my non warriors into warriors as well as Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder and Requiem Angel since they combo with conspiracy and the creatures matter theme.
Wurmlover I like momir, my sister plays momir, but momir won't work for this silly idea I have. I like where your head is at though

I'm going to second the warrior tribal idea. It sounds fun, and my husband is already planning one of his own using Battlebond cards.
