On a budget and need an EDH deck to annoy the f*ck out of my friends.

I play commander with my friends but i always end up losing (i play Trostani, selesnya's voice lifegain type thing) because they all run decks that work. (xenagos, teneb, the harvester and brion stoutarm.) does anyone know the most cancerous deck that i can build for under $100.
Have you considered spending the money to upgrade your current deck?

Don't play the above.It's casual AF.
Any mono-black Necrotic Ooze deck would work. (Sidisi, Razaketh)The budget will constrain your speed, but not really the constancy.
A decent Azami list with Dramatic Septer combo is also fairly cheap, again spped will be lost

Meren of Clan Nel Toth is a good commander on a budget. She is only two colours, making her mana base easier to build and she is a very resilient commander overall. Plus you can run a bunch of stax effects (Fleshbag Marauder is the most common) and wither her ability, she easily can control the board.

Thrasios, Triton Hero is a good commander to annoy with. Pair with the other blue green partner if you want to use a partner to keep it two colors (which keeps the mana base cheaper). And the other partner is good ramp option.
thrasios can be made simple into a make infinite mana (several options in these two colors) and and draw out and win with Laboratory Maniac. Which I admit is not a "fun" way to win, but there are other ways to build it - I made a ramp into fatties deck with control elements (mine is not budget at all, and is 4 colored).

I would second the Meren of Clan Nel Toth idea 100%. I have been playing Meren for over a year now and she is a powerhouse of a commander. My personal deck is not budget however I made a budget decklist really quick. You will notice that it costs more than $100 by a little bit, BUT when I went to see what the price of the deck would be on TCG it was less than $100 so that should work out for you! Please go ahead and see what you think!

Look for things that let you tap him instantly, Fervor/Lightning Greaves/etc, get some cheap rocks (literally anything that taps for Red and doesn't etb tapped), and a few Furnace of Rath effects, a Koth of the Hammer.
Everybody dead turn 3 or 4. They'll leave you alone in the future and let you play Trostoni all ya want.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed allows for some really degenerate infinite combos on a budget.
It is my recommendation for a deck to annoy friends with. Infinite combos are a great way to do that. Mono color decks should be cheaper than multi color due to the land base being a lot easier to build.
