I made some changes to Lets start a riot, I put them under the (adding some mana acceleration) update.
I added a few mana stones based on advice from others. I also changed out some other permanents. I am not sure if the changes I made were wise or dumb. The change I am most unsure of is removing 2 lands bringing me down to 37 lands. I have 3 mana acceleration cards Crypt Ghast, Sol Ring, and Chromatic Lantern. I made a few other changes and I don't know if they helped or hurt my deck.
I have not gotten to test it yet. The worst part my friends don't have as strong of a commander deck so I dont get to see how big the changes were or were not.

Rather than colorless mans rocks, which I would also make room for, add in colored ones. This is because you want to get your commander out as fast as you can since he is by far the biggest mana rock in your deck.

Three sources of acceleration seems kinda low, especially with 37 lands and an average cmc of 4.98. My three most used decks break down to
Xenagos, God of Revels: 16 Accelerators, 35 Lands, 3.64 Avg. CMC
Animar, Soul of Elements: 11 Accelerators, 36 Lands, 5.40 Avg. CMC
Oloro, Ageless Ascetic: 11 Accelerators, 37 Lands, 3.50 Avg. CMC
Granted two of those decks are green, so they have access to better acceleration, but you should be able to get the numbers if not the quality in Rakdos. My animar deck is closest in intent to a Rakdos deck so you may want to try for the 11/36 numbers.

These of course vary in power, but I try to compile lists of possibilities and let people see if they like any of them. I personally think any of them over 3 mana, with the possible exception of Gilded Lotus, are unplayable, but draw your own conclusions.

I am sorry about the run on sentences. I had just got home from work at 5:30 am and was really tired, my grammar takes a dive when I am falling asleep at my keyboard.
I am also sorry about posting in multiple threads like this I did not know that would be an issue. I was mainly posting new threads because I changed the question at the time and thought I was supposed to start a new discussion. I will refrain from doing this in the future.
I will try and include more mana stones I am thinking Rakdos Signet, Rakdos Keyrune, Kolaghan Monument, Commander's Sphere, Manalith, and Darksteel Ingot would be the best additions due to CMC and price

I haven't checked your list just yet, but if you don't have them, Dark Ritual and maybe even Hedron Archive. Both I believe are under a dollar too.

Someone else pretty much covered every bit of rock ramp in your colors. But I'm just tryin to help a brother out and say that acceleration should never hinder a deck of it follows the rule of equal or greater return. In other words you want things like Mana Crypt or Mana Vault. You want to stay away from things that cost more mana than they produce for the most part. There are of course exceptions and yes both of the cards I named are expensive but it was just for reference.

I have anywhere from 5-15 mana ramp cards in my decks, so (without looking at the deck) 3 seems low
