New to white; made a mono-white deck

White was my least favourite colour and I kept it for last in my journey to making at least 5 mono-coloured EDH decks.
I happened to win a 8.5 tails card at a friendly game night and I thought there might be something interesting to build with him. I looked at different decks at mtgsalvation, youtube, edhrec and obviously here for inspiration and came up with a list.
I'm a newer MAGIC player and my collection is very limited, so when I build new decks, I need to order the majority of the cards. I use those opportunities to acquire staples that are just good to own for future deck-building. For example, this deck is my chance to get some stuff like Land Tax, a few of the swords, Umezawa's Jitte.
I was wondering if anybody here who's familiar with white could have a look at this list and let me know what they think.

I mean white is my favorite color in magic. So I would like to help. What's the focus of the deck?

@KingMathoro Narrowing down the focus might be what I'm struggling with the most at the moment.
Since my commander has a protection mechanic, I included quite a few cards that stayed on that theme. Secondly, I included a good number of cards that help me get lands, to actually be able to activate my commander's ability. I have a feeling that I'm going to have a hard time keeping mana open because I typically like to cast as many things as I can on my turn... I have a sub-theme of potentially repeatable land-bassed land destruction (stripmine, wasteland, tectonic edge, ghost quarter) with crucible of worlds. There's some equipment for my creatures to be able to hit a bit harder and/or trigger some good stuff to happen in they hit, hopefully they will be aided by protection. Finally, there's the targeted removal. I only have one board wipe in there because I'm not too crazy about having my stuff blown up, as protection doesn't help against wrath effects.

@Gleeock, thanks for that suggestion, but I like to choose commanders that aren't as "popular" or, at least, not already played by someone else in my community, which happens to be the case with Sram.

Get everything you can to help you draw cards. That's the biggest challenge I've found with white (and red). Sword of Fire and Ice, Mentor of the Meek, Sensei's Divining Top, etc
