Need some help with my Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck

I haven't played a whole lot of commander, but the little bit I did I enjoyed a lot, so I built my own deck called Nekusar, the Hand Razor, which gives your opponent card advantage, and punishes them for it.

The thing to keep in mind is that when your opponents get card advantage no matter if they loose life for it, they can get answers to the problems you're trying to establish. By that I mean Howling Mine effects generally are bad for you. Here you're giving them 2 cards for 2 life (or 4 life with Underworld Dreams, and Nekusar and so on) which just about anyone would gladly pay but if they spot sweep Nekusar you're giving them 2 free cards. That's why I steer away from those effects. Forcing them to discard their hand and then draw cards is a form of disruption. That's why Teferi's Puzzle Box is particularly nasty with Nekusar and I've won several games due to it. I would say stay away from effects that hurt you as well, like Spiteful Visions. If you line up a wheel or two you'll be in the same boat as all your opponents. Breathstealer's Crypt is a safe bet since you don't run many creatures and can hose aggro decks which Nek is weak to. You also get to see what cards your opponents are drawing. Phyrexian Tyranny is nice, but it can bite you in the butt as well. My Nekusar deck started off pillowfort, but as time went on I realized it seems to be a waste of time setting up defenses when I can just line up a wheel or two and kill everyone faster if I go more "all in" and run a lot of artifact ramp. Here's mine, you can use it for ideas Nekusar's Pinewood Derby. Also, if you plan on using Master of the Feast you should also run Sire Of Insanity since they form a neat little combo (they draw only on your turn, but they have to discard that card at the end of your turn). Of course, I'd run Sire regardless.
