Need some help with ideas for new deck

I am trying to make a mix of a control-ish Nicol Bolas themed deck based around Nicol Bolas, the Ravager Flip. The idea I want to do is to control the board and interact directly with players by forcing them to sacrifice stuff, pay life, discard, maybe take their turns. Some help would be appreciated

Homelessguy yeah it definitely punishes opponents and directly interacts with them for playing spells. i'll definitely consider that one

Maybe pillow for cards like Propaganda, and War's Toll? Also Rhystic Study seems like a solid choice

Grixis colors have oodles of good enchantments for this sort of thing:
-Painful Quandary, as has been suggested
-Polluted Bonds (the lifegain will be nice; expect people to attack you quite a lot)
-Propaganda, No Mercy, Crawlspace, Maze of Ith, Dissipation Field (again, you will be attacked)
-Mogis and perhaps Erebos for the no-lifegain clause
-Oppression
-If you hate the small: Tainted Aether, Aether Flash
-If you hate the ground: Mudslide (no idea why this one isn't more widely used)
-Bottomless Pit
-Stranglehold
-Zur's Weirding
-Waste Not (along with Megrim/Liliana's Caress/Geth's Grimoire/etc.) if you want to go harder with the discard stuff
There's a whole lot more out there, even just in the world of enchantments, but this is a start.
