Need some feedback on Ephara's Bureaucratic Process

The decklist... Ephara, God of Bureaucracy

So I've got all the cards on the Acquireboard coming and I just swapped in Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and was hoping to get some constructive criticism... were the cards I pulled the truly weakest in there? Would you substitute different cards? What cards would you add to this deck?

Aysen Bureaucrats I don't play EDH so I couldn't begin to tell you if the card is good, but come on now. lol

Aysen Bureaucrats is a good card but the idea behind tapping an opponent's creature in this deck is to keep it tapped for at least one full turn so they can't block or attack with it
