Need help with deck structure for Kathril, Aspect Warper

Kathril, Aspect Warper.

Here is my decklist although it is very far from refined at this point, more just gathering ideas.

My main concern is that I've never built a deck like this so I'm not sure how many of each "piece" I need in the deck.

Obviously I need some solid keyword soup creatures. But how many? 15-20 so that I can just grab the ones I need? 25-30 so that I can actually play them as well?

I also need to fill my grave (preferably without too many tutors - its a playgroup thing). How many of these do I need? I was thinking of ~3 grave tutors, ~10 self mill like Grisly Salvage, and ~5 discard outlets for when things are stuck in my hand. Is this too many? Too few?

These two categories will take up most of my deck space so I'm finding it hard to include proper removal, draw power, etc.

Basically I just need help structuring the deck into segments and finding out how many cards I need in each segment.

The way I like to think about the initial structure of my EDH decks is in 7 9-card packages and 36 lands. The math is very clean, since, assuming 1-draw per turn, by turn 4, you're 2/3 to have a card from any given package, and ~1/4 to have 2 cards. I typically start with a package devoted to removal, a package devoted to ramp, and a package devoted to winning the game, and then alter the numbers in each package to reflect what the deck wants to be doing. I suggest using this hypergeometric calculator to get an idea of what your draws will be like with any given number of a piece you have plans for.
