Does anyone know of competitive EDH decks that are $100 or less?

Definitely recommend something mono-colored, so as to avoid expensive mana based. Mono-Black zombies is an exceptionally powerful strategy, especially against creature-based decks. I recommend Khalitas.

My 2 cents would be to keep it one or two colors. Anymore than that and the mana base is difficult to keep within your budget.
And if you really want to be competitive try sticking to a tier 2 or better, [List - Multiplayer] EDH Generals by Tier. A few out side of those top tiers can work but it is usually more difficult or your meta is out of the norm.

Tier 1.5 commander for a reason. can absolutely smashface on a budget, but if you pump a little more cash in it almost can't be beat.

Sam521yo do you have a commander in mind you would like to do or what you want to do? for example playing with your graveyard, enchantments, big creatures...etc.

Ok so I think a Trostani, Selesnya's Voice would be great! I actually have a deck I made around her with my dads collection! So please keep in mind that this deck is ment to be messed around with or built around if you think it could use changes. Or if you like you can keep it where it is!

Edric, Spymaster of Trest might be another option. While optimised ones run all of the time walk spells, you can run a few of them in conjuction with some creature buffs.
But as a general rule, "cEDH" and "flood the board with creatures" don't generally go hand in hand.

Sam521yo no, but you could probably swap Ghalta, Primal Hunger for Yisan in my Primal Scream deck and have it work ok.
Just noticed I haven't updated this decklist for a bit. I'll get it done this afternoon and post here when I'm done.

Monogreen with Nissa, Vastwood Seer can be relatively inexpensive and dump a bunch of big dumb creatures on the board if you dont mind ramping for the first 3-5 turns.

My bet would be mono green also. Risglad counters is a pretty sweet decks. Just take a look at Rishkar Peema Renegade - JLK l Game Knights #4 cut all the expensive cards for more budget options and big fatties

Best Budget Commander I've seen is a Maralen of the Mornsong deck. It has 95 lands and uses Ad Nauseum to draw the whole deck, then dicards the lands to some spell to do damage.
Bruna, Light of Alabaster is fairly cheap too if you do it right.
