I've just made the deck above, because I love Vedalken Orrery (inspired by The Command Zone). Need some help/ advice on cardchoice.

Should I use Momir Vig instead of Rashmi as a commander?

I am more than happy to help, but I would definitely need to the weekend to help. Currently at work and brewing is a multi tab thing I can't get away with while at work lol.

lonesentinel is part of my regular play group so we keep a look out for each other. I've yet to digest the deck and come up with my own recommendations too.

I'd stick to Rashimi as she synergises with the deck's theme better (first spell each turn, including during your opponents' turns).
As for other suggestions, let me digest the deck before I come back to you.
Tagging my friend Inkmoth here too, cause he runs an awesome Yeva Deck and would be familiar with the Flash archetype.
