Need help building first Commander deck (tribal monks)

I am very new to the commander format as I really only have played standard, but I really want to play more casually and I tried to put together my first Commander deck.
My favorite types of decks are tribal and I really liked the monks from the Tarkir block but I need some help making it more coherent. The deck can be found here Tribal Monks with Prowess. Any help is greatly appreciated

Command Tower is needed. I would also suggest Chromatic Lantern as well. Sol Ring was already mentioned. Tribal decks are a bit of a glass cannon. When executed right, they are beautifully dangerous. When spoiled, you are left with an empty battlefield.
I dig the idea of monks, but unlike Elves, Goblins, Zombie, and Slivers, etc, monks don't really provide any synergy with eachother and aren't going to be able to boost each other when needed.

I posted on it, I hope it's of use. I have experience with Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest as a commander, but my focus was somewhat different.

Well just a few MUST includes.....coat of arms( in any tribal deck)....cyclonic rift.(in any deck with blue)...sol ring...in any deck
I will say though..as far as edh decks go..tribal can be tough to pull off...I see some get nasty but it is rare I see hugely competitive tribal decks besides maybe rats goblins and elves. Monks are an especially far out one. Just consider that.
