need help better choice

I currently have a rakdos lord of riots deck but have been thinking of making it garna with rakdos in the deck. what would the best choice be? keep as rakdos or change to garna?
Man, like how do you define the "Best Choice?" what kind of deck is it? Is it built to take advantage of Rakdos, Lord of Riots ? Because that would be a poor shift to Garna, the Bloodflame . Rakdos can cheat some huge creatures into play. Garna can reanimate your field after a wipe. What matters more to your deck?
What are your reasons for wanting to change? Are you not getting the most out of Rakdos?
I can't tell you what the best choice is in a vacuum. It completely depends on your situation and what you want to get out of your commander.

main reason for possible change is getting focused out. right now deck us get budget eldrazi and big beaters out.

Well of you are looking for a change it's no question. The fun thing is you can make it a pauper deck.
