Muldrotha Massacre Budget Build help (idea)

Let me make this clear:
1) I’m a budget player (anything over $5, I either hope I’ve opened, proxie, or it. Doesn’t. Exist.)
2) This is for fun, I don’t care if it’s competitive. I mean I want to win, but I’m trying to keep or make friends, not loose them
Now that that’s out of the way, I’m normally a creature-based player, and on top of that, I refrain as much as possible from playing Black. Honestly, I don’t like how black is all about throwing you cards to the wind (or, more accurately, exile). I’m very protective of any of the cards I play or own, but I want to change that. At least a little.
My plan is a deck that draws, counters, ramps, fills the graveyard, then uses it. To fill the graveyard, I’m referring to cards such a Contingency Plan which move cards to the graveyard but give you ones you want. I would used Body Double creatures to make some use of my graveyard, but then (with ramp) play Muldrotha and use my graveyard to my advantage. I plan on running mana rocks (i.e. Sol Ring, Mind Stone, Thran Dynamo etc.) to play other spells. I wan to be a blue player, so counter spells are my friend. I won’t play snap caster, he costs too much $$$. However, Cancel, Dispel, etc should work. Ramp is simple, poop lands into the graveyard to play later: Life from the Loam(proxy), Crop Rotation, Harrow, etc. I plan on a Sukura-Tribe Elder leafing the fray as well. I have a Ramunap Excavator and Splendid Reclamation, so those are in. I am looking for some cool board-wipes (cyclonic rift).
That’s my thoughts anyway. I have plenty of other cards I can use, but I want to get your opinions and suggestions, since this isn’t my normal style. My budget is “I want to buy it if it’s under $5, and I’ll proxy up to 10 cards that are over that.” (P.S. I never use Shocks, I’ll make the land-base, but feel free to suggest beyond the normal Command tower, evolving wilds/terramorphic expanse kinda things)

Posting just to criticize someone’s linguistic ability or their card choices due to budget or preference is completely unprofessional and rude. How about doing what the OP is requesting and give Actual help instead of just sarcastically saying “good luck with that.”

Raging_Squiggle: in his defense, theres no need to be "professional" here as this is not a place of employment. also, bad spelling is bad spelling and that fact doesn't change just because you call it "linguistic ability"

WTF are you guys arguing about in here? Pinewoodboy0324 is looking for budget Commander advice. Any advice you give him/her that's not low budget doesn't belong in this thread.
Displaying a condescending attitude towards Pinewoodboy0324 because you don't think budget Muldrotha can work doesn't help Pinewood and doesn't belong in this thread. He says in the topic not to suggest cards over $5 and he doesn't care about being competitive just wants to have fun.
Pinewoodboy, I don't have time right now to give you advice, sorry, but later I will. I prefer to build budget Commander decks and I have built and played budget Muldrotha already.

I really hope these terrible people have not deterred Pinewoodboy0324 from asking for help in the future. Dude, not everybody on this site are as big of jerks as these. I'm sorry you reached out and were met with sarcasm, nit-picking and all-around rudeness. This is not this community; we help each other here.

Thank you guys. I persued the deck, and in the process, I decided that 3 color is going to be hard. Instead, I like the idea of mono Black Death EDH deck

muldrotha isn't a budget friendly deck,3 of its best cards are Lion's Eye Diamond, Chains of Mephistopheles and Survival of the Fittest..
but if you're gonna run it on a budget.. just run a ton of self killing creatures like Sakura-Tribe Elder or Caustic Caterpillar that you can cast from grave everyturn. maximize graveyard value
